The Halesworth Community Larder is special. A place where you can bring food, share food or just pick up food if you are in need.
The Larder is open to everyone and you will always get a warm welcome from our lovely volunteers. We can also signpost you to information and support if you are struggling with a problem.
The Community Larder is a partnership project with St Mary’s Church.
Our Larder relies on the support of many local businesses and the kindness of people like you who gift both cash and goods to help those who are struggling in these difficult financial times.
Your donations really make a difference.
A gift of £5 will buy a tray of eggs from a local supplier
A gift of £10 will buy a pack of nappies for a struggling family
A gift of £25 will provide a week’s fresh fruit and veg from a local grocer
You can pick up good quality school uniforms, including polo shirts, jumpers, trousers, skirts and sports kits in all sizes. The uniform exchange is in St Mary's Church, just pop in when it is open. You can also leave any uniform your children no longer need.
If you have fresh food, tinned goods or household staples that you no longer need, please do donate them to the Community Larder. Just pop down and meet the team.
Larder opening hours: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday 10 – 11.30am. The Larder is at St Mary’s Church Hall.
